We basically source from the world's largest e-commerce marketplace in China and make their offerings available outside of China. With this, we facilitate payment and fullfilment for our customers.

What are our charges?

Our charges are basically the shipping charges for the items. As below, you will see a table with the shipping charges. At present, we segregate to 3 locations i.e. Malaysia, Singapore and Others Please note the shipping charges will only apply for small parcels below 10kg.

For combined items, the individual items are first rounded to the nearest 0.5kg and then totalled as the combined weight.

How do I start buying?

First, browse our galleries and view the items' details. When you are interested, you can (add into your list of favourites) or (place it into the cart). When you are done, you can click order to proceed with payment either using a local payment method or paypal. After payment, you can always refer to the order link for the latest status on your order.

How can I know if the item will fit well?

Please leave your size measurements with our order. Typically we need your shoulder to shoulder measurement and waist measurement.

Payment and Shipping

What payment facility do you support?

At present, we can accept Maybank2U (only Malaysia) and PAYPAL. For PAYPAL payments, you can go to the order form and pay directly or please send payment to paypal@abovefashion.com

How long do I have to wait?

If an order is placed and payment is made before 12pm, we will place the same with the supplier on the same day (Day 0). Thereafter, you will receive the order ideally on Day 3 or Day 4. Please refer to the table. The above schedule is subject to changes depending on the supplier delivering on time and the time for customs clearance.

Exchange and Return

Can I exchange an item if it does not fit me?

This depends on the suppliers' terms and conditions. Should an exchange be expected, please note the you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. As much as possible, please provide your vital statitics (shoulder to shoulder and waist measurement) to ensure ideal fit.

Can I return an item?

Unless the item is faulty, we shall not entertain any return or refund of the item.

Do you offer discounts?

As we are retailing directly from the supplier, our prices reflect the supplier's prices. However, if you are buying in bulk or 3 items and above, we can look at some discounts off the shipping charges.
